Method
- Rinse the pudding rice under cold water, then place it into a heavy-based saucepan.
- Pour in the milk and stir in the Benecol® Buttery Taste Spread.
- Add the cinnamon stick and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook for 30–35 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the pudding has thickened.
- Stir in the honey, remove the cinnamon stick, and spoon the pudding into serving bowls.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon before serving warm.
