1Frozen banana

1handful of frozen raspberries

1/2avocado

1 tsphoney/agave (optional)

Add a splash of milk until you get the correct consistency
Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, add your chosen toppings, and enjoy!
