These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Please retain proof of purchase/receipt showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period (see below). If the product was purchased online, you must upload either a photo of your delivery note or a screenshot of an order confirmation email, clearly showing your eligible Benecol product purchase dated during the Promotional Period. If you do not give correct details or make a request on someone else’s behalf, no refund will be issued.
The promotion will run from 00:01 1 August 2022 to 23:59 31 December 2022. Requests for refunds made in respect of purchases made outside of this period will not be accepted (“Promotional Period”).
All refunds must be requested by 13 January 2023. We take no responsibility for refunds not requested by this date.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product and would like to claim a refund (by way of Benecol vouchers), please visit our campaign page at www.benecol.co.uk/tasteguarantee. The campaign page sets out the refund mechanism you must follow.
You will need to email your proof of purchase to us prior to receiving your refund.
Your refund will be issued by way of Benecol vouchers only to the value of your purchase and you should receive the voucher, by email, within two weeks of requesting your refund. No cash refunds will be issued.

We reserve the right to verify all purchases by requesting proof of address and/or purchase (which you must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to issue a refund if there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the campaign.
If for any reason any aspect of this campaign is not capable of running as planned, we may, in our sole discretion, modify or suspend the campaign. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond our reasonable control and which prevents us from complying with these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to you.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
Our decision is final with regard to issuing refunds and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described products. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority, Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
We will only use the personal details supplied by you for issuing your refund and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.
