Overnight Blueberry & Yogurt Oats

Overnight oats are prepped the night before and left to soak for 6-8 hours. They require no cooking in a morning so can be eaten straight from the fridge.

Ingredients
  • 40g (heaped 1/2 cup)
    jumbo oats
  • 1 x
  • 70ml
    skimmed or low-fat milk
  • 1/2
    chopped banana
  • Handful of fresh or frozen berries
  • cinnamon - optional
Method
  1. Pour your oats into a bowl along with the Benecol yogurt drink and milk
  2. Cover with a plate or place in a food container and leave overnight
  3. The next day top with for example banana slices and blueberries
  4. Enjoy!
