Cranberry And Orange

A zesty spin on cranberry sauce. One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols.

Ingredients
  • 50g
  • 150g
    fresh cranberries
  • 15g
    brown sugar
  • Finely grated zest & juice of 1 orange
Method
  1. Place cranberries in a small pan with BenecolĀ® Buttery Taste Spread, brown sugar and orange zest.
  2. Bring gently to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until the cranberries release their juices.
  3. Tip:
    To go with duck or turkey.
