Cranberry And Orange Sauce
A zesty spin on cranberry sauce. One serving contains 0.8g of your daily requirement of 1.5-3g of plant stanols.

150gfresh cranberries

Finely grated zest & juice of 1 orange
Method
- Place cranberries in a small pan with Benecol® Buttery Taste Spread, brown sugar and orange zest.
- Bring gently to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes until the cranberries release their juices.
- Tip:
To go with duck or turkey.
