Blueberry-Cardamom Nice Cream
This blueberry-cardamom nice cream is easy to make and worth the wait.

100gfrozen blueberries

50gmilk

1/2 tbsplemon juice

pinch of cardamom
Method
- Cut banana into slices and place on baking paper in a freezer container, freeze overnight.
- Measure out ingredients and add to a blender.
- Blend until desired consistency then add to a bowl.
- Season with cardamom.
- Enjoy immediately
