  • Benecol products

  • The programme couldn’t be simpler. Eat or drink Benecol products every day for three weeks, as part of a healthy balanced diet.
    You need to eat 1.5 to 3g of plant stanols every day, with a meal, to see the benefits*

    There are many products to choose from:
    Benecol yogurts (1 x 120g pot / day = 2g plant stanols)
    Benecol yogurt drinks (1 x 67.5g bottle / day = 2g plant stanols)
